We, Christians, face a humanitarian crisis due to fraud against our allodial homestead of almost 18 years. We are lawful, natural persons. We believe that the Deceiver of nations has induced central governments worldwide to require that their control numbers be put on natural persons, whom they did not create, thereby falsely creating a “legal person” belonging to them, falsifying God’s ownership rights as Creator and Savior. We are NOT legal persons. Therefore, we seek a peaceable solution out-of-court that does not compromise our loyalty to Jesus.

An out-of-court appeal from Vickie Spaulding to Judge Moran
We, 5 family members, were told on 4 May 2022 that you, Judge Moran, ordered a forcible eviction of our allodial homestead of 18 years, to be carried out 7 days later, on 11 May. In anticipation of this, I prepared a position statement, see attachment. Our friends and family gathered to be witnesses on our behalf on that date, but the police did not come.
There was no further contact with us until police and S.W.A.T. teams came 5 months later, unannounced and with overwhelming force on 19 October 2022. They forcibly removed us bodily from our homestead and prohibited video recording by friends, family and the media of their forceful actions. They committed fraud on many levels: against our lawful existence, against the Constitution, against the civilized, humanitarian order and against the peace we had enjoyed with our neighbors for almost 18 years. Now we are homeless and vulnerable.
This horror is but one of a long sequence of horrors and injustices we have had to endure because of our sincerely-held religious beliefs. All of this trauma is due to the fact that we want to live primarily with a clear conscience before God, but also at peace with our neighbors. We, emphatically, did not violate our neighbors nor their interests. We were occupying our allodial homestead since 13 February 2005, which was before either Dos Valles (2006) or Leo Desideri (2017) came on the scene. We never crossed anyone’s fence nor did we ever usurp anything!
When Dos Valles put in their fence (2007) they bypassed our homestead in honor of their founder’s words ,Alejandro Milas-: “We will not bother the inhabitants.” On the other neighbor’s side, when we arrived in 2005, the owner of the Arenera del Sur, Argentino Gomez, said that we were NOT on his property (2005). We have many witnesses who can attest to this fact.
Now, after 18 years, we are homeless and vulnerable. The construction materials and furniture from our torn-down houses are piled precariously in a friend’s back yard and is being destroyed by the weather. Besides all of this, I am physically and emotionally exhausted due to the excruciating reality of having advanced breast cancer.
Kindly help us find a just solution to our crisis, in harmony with God and mankind.
