Standing Firm in Bariloche, Argentina

My name is Vickie Spaulding, we are Christians. On Wednesday, 11 May 2022, the police are coming to overpower us and force us off of our allodial homestead. I know of no other option but to resist this gross violation using our maximum strength without violence. However, we no longer have the strength of our youth to start over again at zero. I am a 57-year-old grandmother with advanced breast cancer and dizzy spells. We know of nowhere else on the planet where we can maintain our investment, live by our Christian conscience and be at peace with God and man.

Omitting many details, we arrived at this primitive campsite in Bariloche, Argentina on 13 February 2005 as refugees with two tents and five children, ages 7 months to 13 years, to spend an unimaginably difficult winter. We have lived here for 17 years amidst great tribulation. We started out from zero and have been very grateful for God’s help and provision, including help from many friendly people in Bariloche. We have worked hard in making this campsite livable and self-sustaining. (We have our own well for naturally pure drinking water.) We have not received any government subsidies, nor have we violated anyone in the sequence of events that pertain to this location, nor in the events that have led to the present trauma. We have been good neighbors throughout this ordeal and have protected the forest and natural habitat from destruction. We live in a cruel world where the rich and empowered can buy the entire region and the people are turned into slaves, renting from them for the rest of their life.

Our campsite is ordered around God’s natural provision without any municipal services, that is to say we are “off the grid.” We were, in fact, living at peace between our two neighbors (a gravel pit on one side and a gated community on the other) when Leo Desideri appeared on the scene about five years ago, twelve years after us, in approximately 2017. He claims to be the new gravel pit owner and successor to our former friend and owner Mr. Gómez. At that time Mr. Desideri began to harass us, perpetrating violence against us: one time he pushed over our son who was riding his motorcycle; another time he swerved his car at us as though he was going to run us over while we were walking to a cleaning job at Diarco, a wholesale store nearby; he took a long-distance shot with a gun at my husband who was improving our entranceway; he has continually blocked our entrance and made dangerous precipices with his enormous machines; and last year he forcibly stole a large portion of our forest, which he turned into a desert canyon. He also falsified the gravel pit property line and removed the surveyors’ stake that Mr. Gómez had shown us in 2005, which had demonstrated clearly that we are not on the property belonging to the gravel pit. Therefore, for the last five years, we have endeavored to maintain a safe distance from Mr. Desideri and his lies. My husband has made it clear to him that we are located on our own homestead, not his.

Now, he is continuing to bully us using the “legal” system. From our part we cannot in good conscience grant jurisdiction over ourselves to any authorities who have set themselves up against Jesus our sole Sovereign. We have repeatedly sought for redress of grievances in the United States, in Europe and also in South America, but we have found no justice for Christian people like us who are “in the world, but do not belong to it.”

May Jesus, our sole Sovereign, have His will, so help us God. He told his people not to fear man who can only kill the body. Stand firm. Amen!

Background: We were persecuted in the United States primarily for having tried to provide humanitarian help to the families in Waco, Texas who were under military siege for 51 days by Washington’s FBI in 1993, known world-wide as the Waco Massacre. Our humanitarian convoy was blocked, my husband and his helper were falsely arrested and the supplies were confiscated. Three days later the families, 76 people including 17 children, were murdered. They did not commit suicide, but rather were assaulted with military tanks on top of their roofs, sprayed with military gas, machine-gunned and incinerated by the FBI.

Nine years later, in 2002, the US Child Police came to steal our 4 children, alluding to the Waco connection, but without due process. We spent one year in Chicago off their radar, searching for solutions. Having found none, in April of 2003 we fled to Europe to seek political asylum. We were rejected and thrown out of various countries and finally were expelled from Europe in September of 2004. Our youngest child was born in Switzerland shortly before the expulsion. By a miracle we arrived in South America, but Argentina also rejected our petition for political asylum and rejected our appeal 4 years later. In 2014 they set in motion to expel us from the country but we are thankful that they didn’t follow through!

In 2010 we separated ourselves definitively from the anti-Christ nations of the world. Now we belong to Jesus exclusively as our President and sole Sovereign. Subsequently, we issued Christian passports in Jesus’ name. This Christian passport is available on-line to all Christians who wish to present true and accurate data and to proclaim themselves as citizens of Heaven and ambassadors for Christ. We do not have citizenship with any God-hostile nation of the earth. We are natural persons, not legal persons. Fortunately, God provided us with this location where we are presently, so that we can lift Him higher than all earthly authorities and bring up our family in the fear and love of God.

Thank you.
